I will guide you through the entire process from beginning to end - from ​discussing your current health situation and needs, medical history, food preferences and allergies, to getting your blood work done at a local lab,

ordering and delivering your meal plan, and then coaching you on how to shop for the foods you need, start your cleanse, and implement your meal plan. You will have a step-by-step action plan and the constant support you need to carry it out. I will be right there for you in those first critical 16 days, answering your questions, sending resources, and setting you up for a great experience!

From there, we will begin meeting monthly (via Zoom or locally) to help you stay the course with your meal plan. You will have a non-judgmental sounding board to share your experiences with, along with regular check-ins on your health and weight goals. I will keep you up-to-date with the phases of your meal plan, offering cooking tips and recipes to help you stay inspired. I will also provide resources based on your individual needs, including recommended reading on weight loss, mindful eating, etc., useful exercises for elevating your mindset and improving self-discipline, physical fitness tips, and more! When needed, I can refer you to outside resources to enrich and expand your healing endeavors. Whatever you need during these 5 months, even if it's just an ear - I am here for you! I will be your accountability partner over these 5 months, reminding you why you started this journey and why it matters to you to complete your mission.​
